I've seen this page a lot over the past few weeks. Totally random, not on any specific page. Could be an item, could be the entire selling page of "My eBay" or the order number associated with a shipping label.
eBay should be looking everywhere for competent leadership.

If you bought something, what does it show in your purchase history or did you buy as a guest? I you can't find a listing and that notice shows up, that means eBay pulled the listing.

It used when a seller's account is "nuked" by eBay. A total removal and ban for breaking the rules. However, it also can come up in error. I you go back and click again the item might show up. I have had that happen many times now.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?
Any difference if you use another browser?
If you are using an ad blocker, try temporarily disabling it and see if that makes any difference. Some users have been complaining about slow loading search results pages, and the problem is most likely due to certain ad block filters known as "anti-circumvention filters" in Ad Block or ABP filters in Ad Block Plus or similar inappropriately being triggered by sponsored listings. If you can disable the particular filter, that might solve some search issues.

Why bother making excuses?
eBay is now plagued with technical glitches and flocked with bunch of internal noobs who can't even get things straight. Period.

Not technical on my end. This happens randomly on PC, mobile, home ISP and 5G mobile. It is eBay.

I can make that page come up just by clicking on "end a listing" in shortcuts in seller hub
end a listing has not worked for me for over 2 years on edge and chrome

No it's not!
I just clicked the "View Listings" link in your post, clicked on your BSA patch and this is what I get:
If I copy the url and paste it to Chrome I see the listing. Sometimes if I refresh the page once or twice I will get the listing in Firefox but not always. Sometimes if I remove the "hash" part of the url the listing will load in Firefox but this is also not consistent for me.
The "we looked everywhere" is a completely different thing (also annoying).
This only happens with Firefox (latest update) and I do not use any type of Ad Blocker or have any add-ons or extensions active.

I think it's something w/your setup as @eburtonlab suggested. Though I use ADP & Chrome & I can't remember the last time I saw that screen, definitely been months. I'm on fiber though so have very fast internet. What's your internet connection like?
