Wacky order of selecting options on the Feedback page

The order of the Feedback page needs adjustments.

One would typically go from top to bottom when making entries or clicking buttons.

In this page, if you click "Positive" first, and then select a feedback statement from the "Tell us more" pull-down, you can't hit "Leave feedback" and be done. No......you have to go and repeat hitting the "Positive" button.

Why not put the pull-down first, then the Positive button?  ....or, allow the "Submit feedback" button to be hit no matter the order things are selected?

I know....eBay doesn't read these.  They should.

I agree. It seems like every time Ebay updates something it results in having to make a dozen more mouse clicks for every operation that used to take one click.  Kills productivity and hurts people's hands.
