WOW.. no ebay phone support

Think ill take break to sell. AND UP prices high to discourage bid til they end for the month til it they comes back. I don't always like to rely on online response and perfer to have phone in case situations arise. I guess asia was really affected.

They should at least put more REMOTE LIVE CHATS if they don't have call ins.

I'm not re-listing or listing any other items until Ebay steps it up. No customer support and no free listings to people unless you have a store.

@fun-snowbunny

You are ASSUMING there is no customer support and that simply is not true.

You can email Ebay.

You can go to twitter and find Ebay help.

You can go to Facebook, Ebay for Business for help.

You can come to the Weekly Chats on the threads for help.

You can come to the threads for help.

You aren't alone.  There are options.

Why not contact your buyer to see if they will change to positive? It appears to be a mistake (positive comment, neutral rating).

Ending all of your listings due to that feedback and not being able to call eBay is very extreme to me. I prefer talking on the phone to eBay too, but I understand that this is a unique situation.

As I mention early I contacted buyer (twice) and no response. I don't think its extreme to take listings off for now, but the correct judgement. They should afford to do a live chat. Best of luck.

Yes I agree snowbunny same

no there is NO customer support .I notified the m4 times about two fraud sellers who have sold over 20,000 worth of items marked to ship in 4-6 weeks. So you cannot open a claim and they will be gone by then. they are selling 600$ items for 25$ and 90% of the people buying them are new to ebay .That is ruining new customers.  I tried to get help on here and instead got a warning that ebay does not want to shame people that steal from them and needs to protect them from people like me , Power sellers with 100% positive for over ten years. we will get our money back but in 10 minutes I spotted at least three accounts that are hijacked and ripping people off.  MY daughter the news director of a local tv station was going to run a special about pulling stuff out of the closet and starting to sell while people are at home. We just discussed it and its going to be instead a warning not to buy anything because all the crooks are also at home and smarter than ebay so they are ripping people off.

I'm with you.  I don't do social media either.  You can email Ebay.  Go to the Help and contact icon at the top of the page.  Click on that.  Then go to the bottom of the page and you will see the email link.

Good luck.

They actually probably could if they had all the equipment available to send home with the employees and the proper internet services at the employees home.  As well as secure access to the site so that it doesn't not become a safety / security hazard for all of us.  While it sounds simple it isn't.

EBAY EMPLOYEES HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR POOR PERFORMANCE AND DO THEIR JOBS

How long and how many EBAY employees does it take to reinstate my account's selling limits?
You sent me this email but I've been waiting a month now and there is still no change to my account's selling status.

Did you guys all fall asleep? Did you all catch the coronavirus? What is your issue now?
 EBAY EMPLOYEES HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR POOR PERFORMANCE AND DO THEIR JOBS
I provided EBAY with all the documentation they asked for and paid months of sellers fees.

Why are dragging your feet? Giving me my account limitations back gives me the ability to start making us both money. The back and forth discussion only prolongs the delay in me getting us both paid...
Doesn't E-Bay want to get paid... If you spent less time harassing  honest hardworking sellers like me and more time changing my account's status (i.e. A job I paid you a month ago to do... Your performance be better...

Computers Of The Future
P.S. For those of you that don't understand when your stock hits new 52 week lows everyday, it is not a good thing...
I fully intend on sharing this story with my fellow E-Bay investors on the conference call... Maybe then you won't have someone who has been vetted by E-Bay waitting a month for you to make a change in the system...
Thanks
Anthony Krygowski

STILL NO RESPONSE OR HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM OTHER THEN FOR EBAY TO EDIT MY POST AND REMOVE ALL THE PLUMMETTING STOCK INFORMATION AND AN EXCERT FROM THE EMAIL STATING THAT I PAID MY FEES SO WILL HAVE MY ACCOUNT REINSTATED ?!!?!?!? REALLY EBAY **bleep**!?!?!?!

I hope you don't mind, but I have a few questions so I can better understand what you are saying.

"I notified the m4 times..."  What is "the m4"?

Why would you purchase from a seller with a 4-6 week handling time?  While a seller can have up to a 30 day handling time, Ebay doesn't allow for a 6 week handling time.  So I'm unsure how a seller could have such a term on their listing.  Keeping in mind that just stating something in the description doesn't mean the seller can enforce that on Ebay.

Why would you need to open a claim before the handling time passed?

No, Ebay does not allow a seller to close their account in under 60 days from the last transaction / sale.  So their account will still be open.

" I tried to get help on here and instead got a warning that ebay does not want to shame people that steal from them and needs to protect them from people like me..."  I find it very hard to believe that any Ebay CSR said that to you even on a bad day.  I think you might have misunderstood them or have embellished a bit here.

"...I spotted at least three accounts that are hijacked and ripping people off. "  Without having private account information on these other accounts, how are you possibly determining that they were hijacked?

Since your daughter has worked hard to get to the point of being a News Director at a local station, it would be my hope that she verifies before running any story or she will the the station wide open to legal issues.

Many do, but there are lots of things I think we can all think of we can prefer doing that we can't right now because of the health crisis.

Look at it this way.  You are getting your answers in writing.  That has a benefit.

Buyer left neutral feedback in a positive remark. EBAY WONT REMOVE IT. Cause only online support option available. This sucks and I've just ended all my listings not taking any risk here til this is resolved and they bring support options back. I would like this issue fixed ASAP.

There is nothing to remove or fix, a buyer is allowed to leave a neutral feedback with a positive remark.

FWIW, as a sometimes buyer, I take a look at a sellers feedback, and all I see is;

"A++Fast service/shipping. Thanks for the poster!" 🎶

Looks good to me, as a buyer, the neutral heading just seems to fade away as insignificant.

Sorry still dont agree and see the benefit, while its writing, cant talk back to a person (would have to respond and or wait a day for a delayed response.. Which sometimes things need timely FAST action/reply so its not good at all... and also conclusion via email or writing being made without knowing why or talking to a person Live, wheres as normally Id just close and call again. Not hard for the company to implent a live chat otherwise just leaving my listings to bare minimum to none til they step up normal.
