WHY IS EBAY ADDDING BEST OFFER TO MY AUCTTIONS WITH OUT MY PERMISSSION

So I wake up this morning and there is a best offer, from some one on a on a  buy it now auction, I have never done that, So I did a lttle further checking and the last 60 auctions I relisted yesterday how  have a make offer on them. I never did that, what is going on and how do I put a end to it other then going back in to each auction. What is ebay doing to us now??.....Thanks in advance

This was a change ebay advised us all of during one of their updates.

They are randomly adding them to listings they feel are priced to high.

There is nothing you can do about removing them, but

You can set up your parameters to automatically decline any offer that is one dollar less.

And you can do what I do - put a blurb in your description - That while ebay is adding best offer to random listings, I am not accepting them at this time.

Then just ignore them.
