View Switch Flipped On Again

Call me crazy, but my views came back yesterday like someone flipped a switch.

Any other sellers experience this lately ?

I've sold 3 items since it happened !

Well, I've actually sold a 4th item before going to the post office today.

Why did eBay bury this post 3 pages back overnight ?

Congrats on the sales! 

ebay didn't bury it....I think new comments keep it up, no new comments sinks it. You had no comments , so it went downhill fast. A lot of my threads works that way LOL

I understand that......but it also jumped timing. Where I found it this morning didn't make natural sense.

I'm starting to think that us "black hole" theorists may have been at least partially correct.

I hope more sellers are released from it soon.

I made no major changes and my views and sales are suddenly back to what they were.

Side topic indirectly connected.

Anyone missing their monthly November promo for free store listings. On dot ca the promo (100,000) is reported as AWOL for some sellers. Definitely no uptick in traffic from a ca point of view.

Cool you got sales! Have not gotten any yet, I've had 5 sales total though, all in the past one and a half months.

My views are less. I had this one item that got about 100 views in a day. Now it only gets two views a day. I haven't got any sales recently.

I think there was a glitch or programming error that started some months ago and was affecting more and more sellers over time. Maybe eBay has caught up with it and fixed it.

Maybe the PLA roll-out wasn't the money grab they expected it to be, so they are giving us back our views and sales without having to promote.

All I know is my views and sales started again as suddenly as they were ended a few months ago.

eBay has been very hush-hush over the whole thing, and I'm sure they were losing money.
