View Count is weird

I'm new to selling and I'm not sure why. But on both my listings are being weird. The oldest one's view Count hasn't shifted at all for over a day. And the second listing's view count is being strange. It keeps saying 1 view and then if I reload it, it says, 3 views, and if I reload it again it says 1. Is eBay broken when it comes down to views? Ive seen lots of other posts addressing this.

Sorry, seriously I never bother much with views, I only get excited with sales. There have been a few hiccups I have read about lately, so maybe a glitch.
