Video uploading successful, but the result is start-stop play, not continuous video

I recently uploaded an MP4 file to a listing. The file was approved and is now part of the listing. The only problem is that the video plays herky-jerky. It does not play continuously. The video will play for about ten seconds, and then stop for ten seconds, then play for ten seconds, and so on. The resolution is 1080P and the file size is 115MB, well under the limit. If I use a smaller resolution, will the video play correctly?

For you, maybe. The problem is in your own download streaming, which cannot feed your playback as fast as your browser will play it. It plays fine on a high-speed download.

(Pardon my going all Hollywood Movie Director here, but your video might look better if you had one person driving the tank and another one filming it. In particular, the tank's own herky-jerky, stop-start movements at the beginning of the video make it look like it's having its own technical problems. I would suggest working out a demonstration routine that will run smoothly through all its features, practice that, then shoot it all in one take of a minute or less.)

Plays fine for me as well. Could be your problem is your internet connection?
