Video Removal Without Sufficient Explanation From ebay

It gets rather frustrating working on ebay from time to time. I cannot tell you how many times a video I have uploaded has been approved, shows with the listing and I think everything is is good only to come back a month later to find it is not showing and has been removed with an error message, only when I go into revise that says the video is not approved without any reason whatsoever of why. We cannot fix a scenario that we do not sufficiently understand ebay! Other times I will go into a listing I made several weeks ago to look at it because the video is not showing and it has the video, but no explanation why it is not showing on the listing. Lastly the playing old dreaded message that the video was removed, but then upload the exact, and I mean exact same video, with no file name changes or and change in the way I uploaded it, right then and there and it is approved, I will even come back a month later and it is still there. And of course the removals of videos without any notification in your messages is beyond frustrating. We work hard to make ebay great, but our time is not being respected when no notifications with proper explanations are not provided either via email or their internal messaging. The overall efficiency and approval process could use some attention. I have been doing ebay since 1998. I am not trying to complain, just improve the efficiencies of the platform I am working with.

Evidently tech support is aware of it and allegedly are working on it.  Seems to be a problem on the app.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.  Hang in there.

Yeah this is all on desktop, so it is definitely not just an app issue. Definitely a time drain  (hence a money drain) no matter how we look at it

I upload videos, verify that they're uploaded but then they disappear.

If I had to guess right now. 

Could eBay be removing the video feature now that AI is being crammed down our throats and there seems to be no end to verify / confirm process of videos due to manipulation? Labor and cost. 

eBay sold this feature to sellers before AI became a daily news report since April 2023. 

I would not blame eBay if they did make such a move, but they need to let everyone know. 

I'm sure many sellers have worked hard to record, download, upload to now see their personal hard work is being removed.
