Very xtrange problem with the listings - appear for some countries only Ebay didn't answered 4 days

Hello everyone, I lost 4 days with this problem and I don't even get any serious answer. I hope any here can help me.

I have problems with my listings, for example, when you se on see other items appear different quantities uppon the country you put. So if you put for example Germany appear 15 listings, if I put Argentina appear 11 listing, if I put Turkey appear 9 listings. I ship worldwide and this problem appear 4 days ago. Ebay didn't give me any answer they don't have any idea. 

The problem is that any new listing I make is only show for few countries so I lost Huge lot of visibility.

More than half the countries in the world don't allow any type of coin or paper currency to be mailed or shipped into the country.  Potential buyers in those countries will not have access to your listings.  Those that allow shipments have strict guidelines.   It is a prohibited restricted item.  Money laundering, tax dodging and other nefarious enterprises come to mind.  The regulations are not meant for numismatic collectibles but they nonetheless are included.
