My experience with eBay customer service has been ridiculously poor. To try getting a fee refund of £2.69 I had to start 9 chats and 2 phone backs to get the £2.69 (which they owed me) refunded. They promised me they would refund the money several times but it never happened. I eventually had to threaten to take them to court before they finally refunded me. I wouldn't be using eBay again. I think gumtree is a much better choice.
