I'll pass along what an eBay rep just told me.....
I explained that I have a couple of variation listings and that BOTH have size specifics REQUIRED on the listings. I have nothing to change, all specifics are filled out. The size is already a descriptor in the variation, and I have nothing left to add to the listing, yet it shows the size requirement needs to be "fixed". I also pointed out that I understood that if a listing had "required specifics" that it would not be shown in search because of this issue.
The rep told me there was nothing for me to do, it was fine. All specifics were filled out as it should be, and that it would not affect it's visibility in search.
Not gonna say I have any confidence what he said was true, especially about the search issue. I think there was an "update" that created yet another "glitch". I'll keep an eye on the amount of views it gets over 30 days, but I'm betting that using variation listings is going to not be very wise at this moment. I bet I will need to make a listing for each individual size (which sucks).
