Vancelling a counter offer

I sent a counter offer to a potential trial buyer that has not responded...since then bids were placed on the item. How do I cancel the counteroffer to a avoid a winning bid losing?

Given your feedback, I wouldn't advise you do that as you could find yourself and your account restricted.  Too many cancellations, poor FB and service will trigger that action.  Don't do it. Wait for the customer to respond.

If the llisting received bids, then the offer becomes invalid, and probably that's why they did not respond.

You don't need to worry about the counteroffer. It automatically expired as soon as that bid was placed.
