I’ll be going out of town for a few days and I have my account set up for Vacation Mode. I’m going to allow sales while I’m away. My question….if I send or receive offers from a potential buyer while I’m out of town, will those customers also be informed that I’m on vacation until a certain date or does the vacation mode only apply to Buy It Now sales? My account is set up for a 3 day handling. If I send an offer to a buyer, they accept, but I won’t actually be able to ship their purchase for 5-6 days, will my account be penalized? I assumed that vacation mode was for ALL types of sales but I’ve been recently informed that’s not the case. Any further inside would be helpful. Thanks for the help!

Go to the Help & Contact pages and search 'Time Away'... it's a quick read.
In the example (of the offer you send to a buyer now ) that you show above, here's what eBay says:
While you're on time away, you still need to uphold commitments to your buyers, such as fulfilling orders sold before your time away start date and responding to any open buyer requests related to items sold before your time away start date.
My take on that is that you should not start something that you can't finish before you go on Time Away. Good luck.

Just to be safe, include that in your reply to an offer or question.
