Using my photo's and nothing can be done.

Here is a few companies that are using my photo's.

*Probably 50% of these photos are from our inventory at one time and these two gys use to work for me and must have taken a flash drive of our archive photo's.

These hayoo's are use about 10 of my photo's and they recycle them every 10 days after a 10 day auction. When I emailed them through ebay, they blocked me and then when I called them, again they blocked.  All their pictures are stolen. I can't believe ebay allows them to do this and people actually buy what ever it is they are selling.   http://stores.ebay.com/JAVYESTRELLA?_trksid=p2047675.l2563

Ebay now considers all photos used on the site to be the property of ebay. I've run into the same predicament; when I complained, ebay essentially blew me off. Not like the good old days. About your only protection is to copyright your images ... but I'm sure you don't want that hassle or the subsequent hassle of enforcement. Peeves me, but there it is.

They may be taking the photos from eBay's own *catalog* collection of our photos of merchandise listed here.  They now tell us the pics are free for them to take if we list here.

In addition, where sellers used to watermark their own photos to both advertise their own businesses and to prevent photo theft, we are now directed to remove all watermarks because it is Google's requirement to run in their larger search, where eBay wants to position us for better online competition.

It's a whole new online e-commerce experience.. not always what feels like the better choice to accept, but.....

Since you apparently know who they are, and you can prove they stole your proprietory archives, what  about filing a police report for theft of property. And then suing them for damages.

Outside of eBay of course. You won't get any hel[p here. May not work, but it will sure get their attention.

I hope people will steal my pictures.  Most are copyrighted, I’ll be glad to collect the $1500 per occurrence.

If you're images are on ebay, they are fair game after the last seller update.  Not saying I agree, but any images posted on ebay are considered ebay property.
