When using my computer. How do I offer multiple item discounts. What are the necessary steps to follow?

In seller hub,

Under selling Tools,  Click  "Markdown Manager"

You have several choices to run %% off  or Buy 1 get 1 free

 Or   Buy 3 items get %% off

Many choices,   Many variations.

@2014uszeitu  You can also use the option when you are creating your listing. Under Pricing you will see a drop down to the right of the word Pricing that says See pricing options. Click that, and you will see Volume Pricing. Click the little button to the right of Volume pricing so that it turns dark blue. My pic below shows Best Offer as Selected.
