What exactly are we working to improve? Metrics? OOS situations?
Do not list items that you cannot timely ship and/or resource from someone if you are. You are a shooting star seller - this has to be about more than just (1) OOS item or are their other metric issues that are causing you alarm?

Hi, I do not see any listings for you, neither completed nor active. Do you ship to the USA? The only way I can access a listing is through your Feedback page by clicking on completed transactions that have left a feedback comment. I see that your items are in Lancashire, UK. Did you mean to come to the USA forum?

Do a stock take and make sure every listed item is still in your inventory, you need to do this check a few times a year.

You're in China and your items are in the UK. You're drop shipping, so that's part of the problem. You don't have any idea of your inventory, because it's not in your possession. My suggestion is to order more so that you don't run out of orders or stop drop shipping. These are the results unfortunately. Good luck in the future.

The first step would be to stop selling any items that you are not certain that you can deliver.
There is no sense in trying to improve your account standing if another bad transaction could just impose the same limit again.
