Uploaded on time but no carrier scan?

Im baffled , im seeing 19 transactions showing as "Uploaded on time but no carrier scan" ... ebay is only showing 'tracking info recieved... all blank after that. thiers no intransit scans or delivery scan info...all blank. But when I manualy check each tracking on all 19 USPS shipments, everything looks normal... ontime, delivered.

What gives? is this a glitch

If it's good with USPS then everything is moving along the way it should be.  How long ago did you bring them to the PO -- I've had a few instances where eBay tracking updates lagged behind the USPS tracking updates.

Try THIS on for size.  2 orders from same buyer.  packed in one box, one label.  put the tracking number from the box in item #2.  sent it off, tracking all fine.  Item #2 is now in my dashboard as a No delivery scan issue even though Item #1 (in the same box with the same tracking number) shows on time deliviery!

Both show a valid acceptance scan.

got 5 of those.  CSRs were able to remove first 2 after 2 calls.  Still got 3 counts, called again and 3rd CSR indicates they are not allowed to remove those anymore but they will reinstate your TRS if you lost it because of this defect.  Requested CSR to send removal request regardless. She said she will try. finger crossed.

The same thing is happening to me.  I get a notification that my USA seller performance is at risk.  I look and all my stats are like yours for this ENTIRE month!  They all say "Uploaded on Time but no Carrier Scan"!

I'm baffled because I have every one of my receipts and they all have my scan sheet numbers on them.  I stand in line every day to get that receipt.  What should I do?  Any ideas?
