Updating personal information / withheld payments and support problems

Hello, 

if anyone from ebay support is reading this - find way to contact me.

After ebay ask for update personal info with valid driving license or passport, I try with both documents - but from EU, not in US and none of my VALID both documents is working (incorrect number it says). My payments are already withheld (but ebay receive payments from me on their invoices - fair, right?!) and on my support questions, guess what - nobody is answering?

Is this connected to celebrations for 4th of July, global hacking or global warming problems?

Anyone?

It may be better to try posting on any other sites (Switzerland) etc, the one's who need Payoneer as you do.

If you are attempting to get CS here in the USA then yes, closed for weekend and holiday.

There was a thread here from another Swedish seller, I will try to find it and see if there is any info in there that will help you

I just wonder - how ebay is thinking - they want to be a global company, but have like zero support to small customers, no real email, no chat, no real phone, no local offices (even continentally) - but they continue put more regulations and ask for more data from us, saying that "local regulations" force them to do so. 

Well, I probably will do what they ask - but at least make it in a proper way and possible to contact and receive useful and specific answers - not copy-paste standard forms from remote support, that has no idea who and what they supporting.
