I noticed eBay has added some new info to the Listing Quality Report to show INR, SNAD, and negative feedback rates - unfortunately, much like when the original was rolled out, the data doesn't appear to be accurate.
Multiple places on the report say it covers a 31 day time period, but it looks like for some information, they may be pulling data at least as far back 90 days.
This account has exactly 1 negative feedback in the last year and that was received more than 6 months ago, so it should not be anywhere on this report. However the LQR is showing 4% of listings in this category received negative feedback (presumably in the last 31 days according to the parameters of the report).
When drilling down to the listing level of the report, it shows 2 listings with negative feedback.
Tracking back through Seller Hub revealed the only sales for both of these items were older than 31 days and had been canceled by the buyers with no feedback left!
Why is eBay counting these canceled orders with no feedback as "negative feedback" in the LQR?
The LQR also says in a different category this account had 8% Item Not Received.
Tracking back through Seller Hub revealed the account did in fact have an INR case filed for this item - however the original order was from July 19th and the INR case was closed on August 9th.
The report date was October 4th, so this INR would not be within 31 days - why is it being counted in this report?
It also shows 6% in a different category for Significantly Not As Described (SNAD).
Tracking back through Seller Hub reveals this SNAD was a doesn't work/defective return request from July.
Again, why is eBay counting this in a report from October 4th that claims to look back at information from the last 31 days?
When you state that a report covers a certain time period and then throw in data from outside that time period, it seriously skews the results and causes me to question other data as well. Are there any other fields in this report that are not following the 31 day timeframe?
Why is it so hard for eBay to get this stuff right?

I'm a bit under the weather today. Just went to Seller Hub to find my Listing Quality Report. No luck. Where are they hiding it now?

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques it should still be under Performance>Traffic. However over the last week or so I've noticed sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. Usually if it's not, it will come back if I wait a bit.
I know in the Fall update they had said there were changes to the LQR "coming soon".
To keep improving the report, we’ve made some updates.
This month, the Listing Quality Report will be available to download in three formats:
In the past, you could see the analysis of your 10 categories with the most live listings. You’ll now be in control of which categories will show up in the report. You’ll also have the option to keep the existing analysis, using the top 10 categories with the most live listings.
I haven't seen any of those updates yet, but just noticed the addition of INR, SNAD, and neg FB within the last few days and noticed the data is definitely not right.
My guess is they may be currently tweaking the report and that could be why you aren't seeing it?

Most likely. I'll just wait.....not like I make much use of the Report anyway...

At least those statistics show up for INR, even if they're wrong.
If we go to our service metric > INR page and try to download the report, it only gives us a report for the SNAD metrics and NOT the INR metrics. So there's no way for us to review this data.
And seeing all those numbers show up incorrect would make a lot of sense with the weird traffic/problems showing up on eBay lately. Time and time again we've found errors involving eBay's data being incorrect leading to visibility/traffic issues.
It is truly a shame that between promotions and statistic bugs, eBay is reverting to the status it was in 2018-2019. I had thought eBay learned from past mistakes and had moved past that.

Tweaking is a very nice way of wording it.
*Thinks of the Sales/31 days module being randomly disabled on Sep 30th claiming it will be disabled on Oct 15th, then it being changed again with a link to the new traffic page with incorrect data (but no mention of it ever returning)*
It's hard to tell if these changes were even intentionally released at this point.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques mine was gone earlier and back again now, so maybe check again if you were still looking for it.
