You Get a credit for final value fee's but you don't get a insertion credit, feel this should also be a credit. Thank you

It never has been. The logic is, You pay for insertion, Ebay does the insertion and the item gets listed, Easy-Peasy. You got what you paid for.

The torment and problems that come later are separate.
