Unpaid Item Assistant

Hello,

I have my unpaid item assistantant set to automatic.  I was wondering what time it is based on?  Is it after the auction ends,  say 7am,  and the countdown begins,  or does it start at midnight the day the auction ended?

.

Thank You

If the unpaid item assistant fails to perform, you can turn it off (either entirely or for a specific listing) to override it and do everything manually.

It's not about the time of day.  It's in hours, in multiples of 24.   If your auction ended at 7 AM on Tuesday and you  have the assistant set to 2 days, it will open the claim at 7 AM on Thursday.

That's what I thought,  but my auction ended on Sunday at 7am,  and it is set on 4 days.  BUT it still hasn't happened yet.  I thought it would have been today at 7am,  but it hasn't happened yet.

eBay operates in Pacific time.  It's currently 6:10 AM in San Jose.

OK,  so it was 5am pacific time,  but 7am central time.   Same difference, right?
