Unhappy with changes to feedback form (8/2022)

I am totally disgusted with the new feedback form (August, 2022).

First, as sellers, we cannot leave neutral or negative feedback for a buyer anymore, even when their practices are dishonest.

Second, when we click on "Leave Feedback for Buyer" after printing a label, the feedback form no longer gives the username of the buyer, so when processing multiple orders, it's hard to keep track of the buyers for whom I'm leaving feedback.  (I always try to personalize my feedback, especially for returning customers.)

Third, the list of custom feedback that we left previously is gone. This means that if we want to leave custom feedback (one thing for new customers; a few other things for long-time customers), we have to waste time writing each one individually, instead of just selecting something we used before.

I sell a dozen or fewer items weekly, most health-related, and have established relationships with my customers that keep them coming back, even when my prices are a little higher than those of my competitors. I know that many sellers consider feedback unimportant, but it's important to me.

First ebay took away our ability to leave custom messages on our packing slips.

Now ebay has removed the custom feedback messages we left in the past.

I don't know who makes these changes or why they are being made, but it seems like little by little, the conveniences for sellers are being eroded, and I don't like it.

First, sellers have not been allowed to leave negative or neutral FB for buyers for about 12-14 years.

If a seller does make that mistake, the buyer can report it to eBay, get it removed and seller gets a defect.

You can always just select something you used before from your Feedback Left for Others and copy-and-paste it in to the new feedback you're leaving.   The custom feedback messages you left in the past are all still right there.  It's not that difficult.

I thought the same thing~but on "manage paid and shipped orders" page~over to the far right column is a little pencil~click on that and you can leave custom or automated feedback there.
