I've been selling here almost 12 years, so I'm pretty experienced. I was given a defect because the post office was late in delivering a package. It was shipped on time. I filled out the paperwork, but it said I had to call customer service cause of technical issue they were having. I called that day-10-27 & escalated it. I've called 3 more times & still nothing. Obviously CS isn't going to do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions. The defect doesn't take me down much, because I've always been a top rated seller, but it's just not right being given a defect that you don't deserve. It's very easy to prove too.
