Unauthorized use of buyer or bidder

i sold a book through the global shipping program and shortly thereafter received a message from Ebay that the listing was removed due to an unauthorized user, it still shows up as sold which was explained that it would, but I am not sure on how to end the listing and relist without getting a penalty for not doing it correctly, suggestions?

Are you saying the buyer was removed? Not the item/listing correct?

If you didn't ship you should be able to cancel due to problem with buyers address and relist.

Did you get an email about this?

Because if it was the item that was removed, you don't want to relist that..

If you have cancelled the sale, refunded (if paid) and cannot relist that way, I suppose you could go into sell similar and relist it as if it were a different book. It sounds like a glitch so that's the best work-a-round I can think of.
