I have a buyer that purchased something from me and had asked a follow-up question, however I am unable to reply to their question. I keep getting an error message saying that something went wrong with sending the message and to try again. I have been trying to reply on the app since it was first asked on the 1st (item was purchased while on vacation mode) and I tried in a traditional web browser on a desktop today and I get the same thing. I don't think that the issue is any words in the messages getting flagged since I tried sending a screenshot of the message in Word and got the same result. All I am saying is when I expect to ship out the item by.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on what I can do? I really don't want to leave the buyer hanging.

Have you tried going to the buyers (classic) feedback page and sending a message from there? Using that method the message is not connected to a specific listing.

The listing says that you'll ship within 1 business day and the buyer can see that on the listing. And I don't know if it matters in this instance, but your 'Seller is away' sign is still up until tomorrow. Can you end your Time Away?
