Ebay has put a huge glitch on their website making it impossible to respond to a Best Offer for a Buy It Now item.
the only recourse I had was to decline the offer, and write a note to the potential buyer explaining the technocal difficulty.
(trying to capitalize the "t" above but Ebay's new website won't even allow that).

If you click on the box on the left that the persons user name is in
it will go to another page where you can respond to the offer.
The glitch of the day problems continue here !

thanks, but no such box existed. I have changed all my listings so " accept all offer of at least xxxx, and decline all offers under xxxx" as that was my only option until (hopefully) Ebay gets it together. Who do they hire to mess to mess things up so consistently, I wonder.

Actually worked for me. Click the box on the left with name of the offering person. The box (anywhere) not the name.

Did NOT work for me. Might be a better move on my part to just end them all and take to the swap meet. Definately bulk edit and remove best offer from listings.

@doubledz-a2z Have you tried clicking with the square that's marked red on this pic?

Click on the box, it's not obvious. It will open another page to accept or decline.
