Unable to print Packing Slip

Ever since I opened and subscribed for my eBay store, when I go to print the customer's packing slip, an error message pops up:

"Unable to load due to system error.

Please close the page and try again. "

I'm not sure what to do, I'm having to take a screenshot of the order details to put in the envelope. I've tried multiple browsers and devices.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Clear your browser's cache and try again, or try a different browser.

If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.
