Unable to list, relist, revise or create listings going on 2 weeks...anyone else?

Subject pretty much says it all...using every different web browser, every hack known. Today what seems to work which is much to slow to really consider a hack, I can go to my inventory go into the item select one template only and hit sell again from within. Can't select more than one item at a time also can't slect an auction template and the corresponding Fixed Price template or you get the "Something went wrong try later message.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies.

If that doesn't work, shut down your computer, let is rest a few minutes and start it up again.

If that doesn't work, try changing your browser and see if that works.

If none of that works, run a scan on your device and make sure there isn't an intruder / hacker that got into your device.

Can you edit your account?  Can you change your password?

Did you get any email from Ebay that may explain things?

If all that doesn't help you, the next step would be to get in touch with Ebay Security Dept.

Thank you all, as of yesterday, all issues have resolved themselves. It was an Ebay problem.
