Unable to download from server on shipping app.

Trying to buy shipping labels, on 9 items.. 7 of the items read, Unable to download from server. Decided to buy the two it would let me and when I tried to buy, window comes up, you need to set up payment to buy labels and in green it says , you are set up for payment. Then you can only go back to last page and it just repeats over and over. Also is making me log in repeatedly .

Sudden MASSIVE site glitches, multiple threads.  It's not you.  It's Ebay.
