I sold an item, the buyer paid, and I received the funds. However, when attempting to buy the address label, I get a red banner error message "It was not possible to generate the label. Ship To address suffix or directional or house number are incorrect or missing." I assumed at first the buyer just made a typo in their address, however I sent a couple messages with no response. I attempted to rearrange the address to different formats but no luck. I also googled the address and it doesn't seem to be correct. When I try to click on the buyer's username, it says "No longer a registered user." I'm inclined to think this is some kind of scam attempt. I'm sure the correct answer is to simply cancel and refund, but I wanted some opinions first about what is going on.

cancel and refund using the reason " problem with buyers address" is probably the best option

I would try and google the buyer and the buyer's address to try and see if I could figure out the correct address.
It could be something very simple and obvious.
If not, do as @short_circuit.lineman61 said, cancel the sale, Reson: Problem with buyers address.
