I need to contact my buyer about combining shipping but when I click "contact buyer" it is taking me to my messages inbox with no way to message the buyer. This is an extremely annoying glitch that makes me look bad to the buyer. What is going on here? In the last few weeks I've been experiencing one glitch after another. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had the same thing happen but if I go to orders in sellers hub / order details and click on contact buyer from there it seems to work.

You can try the Contact button on their user profile page.

I have had the same problem off and on. It doesn't matter if I do it from Order Details, member Profile, or where. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I wonder if certain members have a Privacy setting that causes this? Once the person has paid I can usually write to them. But I am unable to initiate a message conversation until that time. sorry, no solutions! But at least you're not alone. 🙂

Are you on a mobile device? It only does it to me when on my phone.
As posted above - go to the transaction view drop down box and choose "contact buyer" (slide arrow down, it is close to the bottom)
