Got it here in IL as well.  I have sold a couple of things in the last few moments.  So at least it seems that eBay US isn't down...yet?

At the moment mine's working fine on 2 different seller accounts on 2 different browsers.

It is Thursday night. We're about 3 hours away from the weekly site maintenance window (10pm -  2am Pacific) when things get funky, but perhaps eBay started running updates earlier than usual, causing your seller hub overview to display errors.
