All of a sudden after having listed USSR and Russian medals with no problem i can no longer sell to the Russian Federation. Rules are rules and i understand the need sometimes. Over the last couple of days i have had a Yugoslavian medal and a Croatian medal being lumped in with the same policy. I have to remove postage to the Russian Federation for them to relist. Since when were Yugoslavia and Croatia part of the Russian Federation or for that matter part of the USSR? could someone from ebay please explain.
