USPS scan form not working lately - anyone else?

Anyone else notice any issues? The past few days, the scan sheets don't show that I dropped off orders. The same clerk (who is unbelievably very good...a rarity at USPS) scans them every time so I know she knows what she's doing. The supervisor there said she doesn't know why it's not showing and scanned the next batch right in front of me.

This is going to literally destroy my TRS. At this time of year, they seem to not scan every step of the way so I rely on the scan sheet big time.

If you look at the tracking on the usps.com site for any package that was on your SCAN sheet list, what is the first entry showing beyond the point when you dropped off the items and had the sheet scanned? Is there anything further that's listed as occurring at that post office, or are later scans (f any) occurring only beyond that point, such as at the origin sort facility? 

Do packages from earlier days show the proper SCAN sheet handling? 

I've noticed that since around about Thanksgiving when the seasonal package volume went way up, their network tracking has bogged down, especially for local POs uploading their data to the network. Tracking of the package stream going from one center to another doesn't seem to show the same lags, but there have been other complaints here of packages being scanned in right in front of the seller, only to not show the Acceptance until the package reaches the Origin Sort facility, sometimes not until the next day.

So far, all of them show when the label was printed and a scan of when it arrived to a sorting facility.  Most show arrival at the sort facility the next day ("late shipment" defect here? I have no clue). However, some show that it arrived at a sorting facility days later which will definitely result in a late shipment defect even when I dropped it off on time.

Prior to Wednesday the 28th, all scan forms had always shown when we dropped off the packages. I've relied on the form as proof for years now.

Same situation here, this started on Nov 29th. Acceptance scans not showing up in the tracking information starting on the 29th, before that worked fine

This could potentially cause a late on the tracking uploaded on time. I think this needs to be escalated quickly.

It's not just scan forms that are affected. I was waiting for a package whose tracking read only "USPS Awaiting Item" until it hit my local sort center five days after it was handed to a mail clerk. The sender did not use a scan form.

Stamps.com SCAN forms haven't been working correctly for a while now. I quit using SCAN forms, my carrier just scans each package. I rarely have more than four or five at a time going out, so it's not a huge issue, but it does save her time to have one.
