No. That's not a USPS holiday.

I can't tell if you're joking or not.

If your question is serious, the answer is no. Next PO closure is Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day.

If you're joking, an emoji or something would help. 😉

I think it's Day of the Dead they're closed for.

Selecting a best answer that acknowledges the joke may defeat that goal. haha

We all know May the 4th is a bigger holiday than Cinco de Mayo, especially for eBay sales. 😃

We are doing Margaritas and Mexican beer and food on Monday for friends.

Actually, in my city the holiday drinking starts on Friday and ends on Monday night this year.

Bars will be packed for 4 days...IMG_6915.jpg

I like to be in America.  OK by me in America.  Everything free in America.  For a small fee in America.

I saw people today hauling crates of Pacifico and Corona beer from the store. A holiday that truly commemorates bad lager.

Amen to that. Dos equis is decent but the recipe was brought to Mexico by german brewmeister Wilhelm Hasse and was bottled to celebrate the turn into the 20th century. Still I only like the green bottle, not the amber............

With a little  effort on your - you can find the ALL the USPS Holidays via a simple google search.  If you on't see it on the list it ain't a holiday.   Have found that Google is a good friend of mine - and I've been told the Big Guy in the sky helps those that help them selves.

Why -  never heard of Cinco de Mayo  until I moved to Waco Texas in 1982.  This  is a Mexican celebration of the defeat  of the French army by the Mexican Army in 1862.  Loved the mariachi  bands playing and enjoy  a cold  cervesa or more.

Most  folks  in the US  wasn't aware  of this celebration until a couple of years ago

Did you know the  Corona  made in Mexico for local consumption is in an amber bottle and is a bit popular  with  the beach people and other beers are for those that like "full body" beer Dos Equis, el Presidente, etc.  The clear bottle is for the US folks at a premium price.  Traveled Mexico for 5 years for business purposes. in the   mid to late 80s
