USPS Scan Sheet for Individual Orders?

Hey all,

Is it possible to individually create shipping labels and then print a cumulative USPS scan sheet for that day's worth of orders?  It seems like a simple thing, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

I know we can print a scan form for bulk shipping, but it's much easier for me to prepare orders individually.

Is there a reason why you want to just print out each label one by one? Is it because you want to ship some items out a certain day and not some other items? If so just check off the box to the items you want to ship out and print labels for what you want to ship out that day and you can still get a scan sheet for those items for that day you are only wanting to ship out. You can also still print the label one by one after using bulk ship, but just go back into "shipping labels and hit reprint from there one by one as well. I typically just write a list of orders with description for items I'm going to ship out on a particular day with buyers name with the description and location and it doesn't bother me to have labels print out all at once. That way I can just go off my sold list I made with their names and match items up as I pack and put labels on them all at the same time. Saves time going back and forth. I have found I prefer doing bulk label prints over going back and forth to print labels individually. I think the only thing I find more time consuming is having to open in a separate browser tab to double check persons name items are shipping out to since some people make purchases and want stuff sent to another person. I sometimes forget to click "view record," in another window and have to back track. lol...

I don't think you can do that with eBay shipping, not 100% sure as I have never used eBay (or PayPal) for shipping labels.

You can definitely do it with Stamps.com and Endicia and probably with PirateShip, ShipStation and any of the other Postage providers.

Yeah, it's surprising that eBay doesn't have that functionality.  It seems fairly common, but I guess not 😆

Thanks for those suggestions, I'll definitely look into them.

USPS Scan Sheet for Individual Orders?

Thanks for those tips.

So far, I've been printing labels individually because I like to box my orders as they come in.  Sometimes when I do bulk shipping, it's easy to get overwhelmed with seeing so many orders on the screen at once.    I'm going to give bulk shipping a try tonight and see how it goes.  ðŸ¤žðŸ¤ž
