For many sellers who aren't aware, you as a shipper or the buyer as an receiver can intercept not only with the expensive UPS/FEDEX packages, but also USPS packages:

In the time of the covid-19 situation where there is an increase of buyer claims for delayed packages when packages are still in transit, sellers might be able to call (under certain conditions) the package back for a fee. At least for high value products, this is worth a try.
