Hi all,
I couldn’t seem to find anything about this in the rules, so I’ll ask it. Are sellers on eBay allowed to sell lots of coins where you don’t know what exact condition/date you are getting. For example, you can buy one VF-MS Peace dollar for 40 dollars, but you don’t know which date.
Thanks!

If you are selling at Bullion Price then this is allowed --- even encouraged
But at a "triple melt value" price there must be added collectors value --- which is heavily dependent on the date (assuming VF condition) ...

Even if you could it would still be a bad idea, just asking for SNAD.
