UPS doesn't show up as shipping option on my listing even though I added this as an option

I added USPS and UPS to my buy it now listing, but only USPS shows up on my listing.  UPS isn't on page.   I am selling china plates which are heavy.  My auction offers the buyer to select quantity. USPS is cheaper when just a couple plates are purchased, but the heavier the order gets then UPS is better. I called ebay for help on this, they told me to list UPS first and then USPS 2nd and sure enough then both show up, but on the auction page only UPS shows up and this is a problem because it is higher shipping rate on the main page and makes my shipping look more expensive.  I need USPS to be listed first and UPS to be a 2nd.  Why can't this work?  ty.

When selling (before listing) under "Shipping Details" there is a link below Services (on the left under the drop-down menu) that says "Offer Additional Service".  Click that and a second drop down menu shows.  Select the UPS option.

But if it is calculated, you use the calculated shipping drop down menu, click calculated shipping, go to the open-window grid after entering your weight & specs, go to the next screen, select the first option (The USPS icon, and then which option price estimate in your case)----which will show up in the right hand column when selected.  After that, select a second option (UPS in the same way).  When you see them listed on the right hand side, you click "offer additional services".  Should show up that way.  Play with it, you'll get it eventually.

On the listing page that the buyer sees there will only be the FIRST option you select when listing,  The buyer to see other options for shipping need to click on the tab for shipping which is right above the item specifics.

MOST buyers do not know about this tab however.  I sell heavy dishware as well.  It is a PITA with getting shipping to show correct for all buyers
