UPLOADING VIDEO

Hello,

when I try to load a video here, it bascially says when I go to upload the video, that I have no videos or

photos in my file.  Photos load fine.  Is this a glitch?  It has nothing to do with the video I made.

Just want to see if this is an ongoing issue so I don't waste anymore time here like I do from there constant changes.

I listed yesterday and I didn't see any place to put a video.  Did you?  I think this is sort of the forgotten child of eBay.  There were so many complaints about it being glitchy and not to mention videos had to approved.  I think that's where eBay fell short and got behind due to all the videos that needed to be screened first.

Could you update us on what's going on with the video feature and if it still being offered to sellers to insert in their listings?   Many thanks in advance.

Hopefully we'll get a response.

It's possible it wasn't in a recognized format?  It seems to exclude anything that isn't in what it considers a "video format" but I'm not sure which formats it recognizes.  What format was your video file?
