UNFRIENDLY Mobile- Friendly Checker

Is anyone else having trouble with the Mobile-Friendly Checker?  I had planned on doing a week-end marathon listing spree, but have been unable to get this to work so far.  CS (of course) knows nothing and can't offer any suggestions.

CS has received many calls about the mobile check and Ebay is awre of it. On their Facebook page - they are directing sellers to use this: www.i-ways.net/mobile-friendly/en-us

It is slow but at least it works.

I also am having this problem and have been for the past couple of weeks. I have called Ebay twice and they have been less than helpful. They say a "few" members are having "some issues" with it and they are working on it. When I ask them when it will be fixed they say maybe by April 24th. WHAT! Why is this taking so long? I do not get an answer for that. It is very frustrating to say the least!

It's not working for us either today. Keeps spinning and spinning and will not load.

What I don't understand is that ebay would like ALL of our listings to be mobile-friendly, so WHY DON'T THEY DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY ON OUR LISTINGS!!!!!

Sorry for shouting, but ebay takes our money and then expects us to manually change each of our listings!

This has been going on for over a week now.   What is the problem that it is not fixed by now it is driving me nuts because they told me to write down the id numbers and then just back in and fixed them later really do twice the work????? I would like them to just tell me the truth when I call them and not say they are aware of it. It  leaves a bad taste in my mouth with them when they do it.
