Has anyone been able to get through to eBay? I have emailed and am told to call them on the phone registered to my account- which I did and STILL CANNOT GET THROUGH! I don't get it, the closest I've gotten is to the automated messaging system saying it will transfer me to a team member to help and then it hangs up on me. This just started happening to me within the last 2 months or so. Are there just no actual people in eBay customer service anymore? and if not, then why not just say that? I keep getting the run around via email by eBay teammates on links and the same number to call and yet still!
Ugh! lol I am so frustrated- someone help! what is the trick to getting someone on the phone!?

Is there something that the many very nice experienced and successful seller s that frequent this can help you with? You'll probably get it solved before someone from ebay gets back to you. I'm sure someone here has had the same issue as you have.
Is it related to any of these topics?
1. Negative feedback from buyer.
2. Buyer return?
3. Case closed in buyers favor.
4. Charge back request.
5. Scammed by buyer.

It's rarely necessary to call eBay CS, which is pretty useless anyway. Depending on your issue, a simple board search can turn up some chat about it, you can also Ask a Mentor, or just detail it here and we can help.

Unless you have "concierge" service, as far as I know there is no number to call. You have to request a call back or use the chat feature. Even then you are connected to outsourced foreign call center agents that are quite famous for giving the WRONG advice.
I did not know it was even possible to send an email either. Hopefully, you did not use some phone number or follow a link you found on the net. Basically, they are fake and lead to the lower echelon scammer instead of eBay, and if you filled out a form to Log In, you might find your account selling 10K$ watches and I phones.
There are many experienced buyers and sellers here that can point you in the right direction for just about anything eBay related.

What do you mean by register your account? You have had an account for about 5 years and have current listings.

You should not be having that much trouble. But I don't know exactly what path you are following in order to contact Ebay. Below are the only LEGIT ways to contact Ebay. DO NOT search the internet for a way to contact Ebay as sadly there are fake sites out there.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
