Hi.
I am new on ebay so I have some questions.
Is it possible to sell items on ebay in a way that buyers can't instantly buy your items after pay for them? I would like to have some negotations via messages before selling.
Does buyer see your name when he pay for your item? For example name in your paypal account.
Bye

Negotiations are done before the auction ends. Once the item is paid for and you get the OK to ship, you send it out to them.
Once the buyer wins and pays for the the item he sees your contact information

Actually negotiations are not really a good idea~~I don't know what you are negotiating, but you may want to read how listings work, because you need a clear understanding of what you can and can't do.
You can list fixed price, immediate payment required, with Best Offer, which COULD lead to negotiation, BUT a buyer could come along and just buy it outright WITHOUT submitting a Best Offer or opening negotiation.
But there is no way to list that will guarantee negotiation.
Why do you want negotiation and what do you want to negotiate? You need to be careful with what you are trying to do because Ebay has ramped up bot senstivity to crack down on off ebay transactions. You are not allowed to send contact info in emails; to do so could cause you to lose your selling privileges.
Good luck.
