Two November 3rd's on the "VIEWS" graph

Dear Sellers, have you noticed that there are two November 3rd's on the graph which is causing the current day to be behind by one day? How do we get this fixed? Also, I had a question from a Buyer which I answered 3 times with different information and the "Active" screen still shows that there is an "Unanswered Question" leaving me to think that this Buyer might not be getting my answers at all.

Too many sellers think these reports regarding "views" are more important than they actually are.  As I've said on many threads over the years, as this comes up quite frequently.  I have had many sales over the years where I didn't have a single view on the listing, but I got a sale.  How did that happen??  I much prefer a sale over a view.  Those reports simply are not always right or they haven't been updated yet so the info is a bit behind.

Either way, actual sales are far more important.  And if you aren't getting those, ask questions like how can I improve my listings and be open to constructive criticism without getting offended as most people responding here do so in order to help others, not insult or hurt them in any way.
