Twitter Icon is missing

When I click on the share link it keeps spinning and NO Icons come on to share.. What could be the problem?

I just clicked on my "share" and the twitter link was right there.  What browser are you using? You may want to try another.  My prediction is those links are going to be a thing of the past soon so that sellers will have to purchase Promoted listings.  What ever.  It's always something.
