Twice now I have printed a shipping label for it to go to the same person twice.

I sold 3 of the same item. When I went to print a label for the 2nd order, it was sending it to the 1st person, all 3 orders are different names, user id's and addresses. I've never had this happen before.

Using what? eBay Bulk shipping? New or classic? Individually? New or classic label flows?

It's good you double and triple check the address on all your orders.

Now, hopefully you don't have a couple dozen items to ship today, so

If I was you, after printing the correct label for the first order I would:

Sign out of eBay.

Clear my browser cache and history.

Perhaps even reboot the computer.

Then,

Sign back in and see if the 2nd label address is now correct.
