Hi All,
I can't find how to turn off auto relisting.
eBay says it is in drop down on box next to item but it isn't there.
Using Chrome and Quick Listing method of listing items.
I don't see it at bottom of page when I'm listing an item either.
I assume the reason i have so many duplicates in the UNSOLD relisted area is because eBay automatically relists items 8 times?
BTW is there a way to trun on automatic spell correction when typing on eBay. Sure would hlep!
Thanks,
Al

Yes you can turn it off. If your item is already listed, look to the right, where you see "Sell Similar" in blue. Under that you see "More Actions". Click on that little black drop down arrow. You'll see a list of stuff you can do. The last one is "Remove from Automatic Relist". Click on that. It will take a second and the eBay page will reload. If you click on that little black drop down arrow again, you will see that the option is gone. You have successfully removed your item from automatic relist. I do it all the time. Hope this helps!

You can't turn off auto relisting, all buy it now listings are good till cancelled, they renew automatically.
As to why you would have duplicates in your unsold, I have no idea. Nothing goes into the unsold folder unless you put it there or ebay ended the listings for some other reason (like a policy violation).
You can end a listing with the drop down menu from the listing page itself at any time.

You can't turn it off in Auctions uses the quick listing tool you can on the Busniess/Advanced form
This is a shot of the quick listing
Advanced/Business you can check or uncheck for relisting
Also on Windows 10 using Edge my spelling will auto correct most times on it's own , I never recall having to set anything up for it
As I see yours didn't correct the word trun & neither did mine but it should have an underline in red then if you right click the mouse it gives you suggestions to correct it

oh...and if it hasn't been listed yet and is scheduled for listing, the option is in the same place, under "More Actions".

Thanks everyone.
I learned something valuable from each of you.
Oddly there is auto correct here on this forum for spelling on Safari but I've been using Chrome as it works much, much better when creating a listing than Safari for me and on auto correct at least when using the messages or listing something.
Mainly, using the classic view has now enabled me to turn off and on on auto re-listing. Or at least have easier access to it from a newbies point of view.
SIncerely,
Al

....oh, and one more thing, you have to be on the All Selling page to turn off the auto relist thing. He figured that out himself! I'm always on the All Selling page so I didn't think of that!

I couldn't see the little black drop down to turn off auto-relisting for my item until I switched to "Classic" view. Then, there it was. THANKS for all your answers! I've been trying to get this thing turned off for days.

I'm on a Mac and with the instructions users have described, I'm not seeing the turn-off-auto-relist feature on either Safari or Chrome browsers both in new Seller Hub or Classic mode. Can someone on a Mac show me screencaptures of what you're doing?

Still struggling... on a Mac and despite being able to get into Classic mode in the "All Selling" area, the only way I can get my active listings to show "Sell Similar" is to click on "Active" and that pulls it all out of Classic mode. How does one stay in Classic mode showing "Active". "All Selling" mode doesn't show "Sell Similar" next to my listings, only going to "Active" brings up "Sell Similar". See screencaps for what I'm talking about. Help? Thanks.

I do not have the option "Remove from Automatic Relist" when clicking the "More Actions" drop-down arrow. I've tried this all in Classic mode, newer Seller Hub mode. I've tried assign no rule in automation. Nothing works. I'm on a Mac with Safari and Chrome browsers. Those of you are ARE seeing the "remove..." option, what system and browser are you on?

Must be a PC thing. I haven't seen that option in the window in years...
Don't have that on a Mac with Safari or Chrome. Sad...

Of course they are going to make it aggravating and difficult, why would they be kind to the people who bring in money to their company?
I've had a repeated problem with ebay re-listing my item (that didn't sell) without permission (even tho I specifically chose NOT to have automated re-listing)? This has happened repeatedly with me even tho I was very conscious to make sure I had control over whether it was re-listed

Ebay needs to hear from us that this is unacceptable - they could easily make it a button to press if we want to re-list automatically, otherwise it should be left in our account until we choose to re-list it.
It should NEVER be done without our permission.
Why should I be put through a waste of my time with needless irritation trying to find the INTENTIONALLY HIDDEN way to turn off a listing I didn't want???
I complained to ebay, & I encourage everyone to do the same. What good does it do for us to just talk to each other, Ebay needs to hear from us!
