Trying to find a payment that was made but no deposit is showing anywhere. Gettng thru to ebay with

Hi:  A payment was made by the buyer. Product was shipped. I cannot find the deposit anywhere in euither paypal or my personal bank account with all this change of where deposits are made.  No idea what happened.  Trying to get thru to ebay help with a question like this has proved impossible.  Any ideas on what to do would be much appreciated!

I don't see that any of your sales have gone through Managed Payments just yet. If it was listed and sold under PayPal, that's where I'd look. Good luck.

Take a deep breath and think. 

If the payment was received through PayPal, then there would be a transaction in your PayPal account.

If the payment was received through Managed Payments, then there would be a transaction in the "All Transactions" list in your seller hub. 

If there is a transaction in Managed Payments, you just need to check to see if it is (a) being held, (b) has been included in a payout; or (c) is available and waiting for the next payout . 

If you cannot find the payment in either of those places,  you may need to consider that your buyer sent a fake payment message and scammed you into shipping an item that had not really been paid for.
