Trying to add listings to ebay , and facing several issues

Hey I am facing error uploading my listings to EBAY , sometimes it shows error code 18887299174 , 8887299174 , 08887299174 and sometimes it says your gtin has expired please try again later , by any chance has someone knowledge how to update this information correctly

You just signed on to Ebay today.  Did you sign up for managed payments to be paid if you sell something? If not, that may be the problem:
