Trouble with scheduling time set up when listing item for future posting.

I cannot select a time when trying to schedule a listing.  Any one else having this issue?  Or know what is wrong!!

Are you referring to the illegible times shown in the pulldown menus for the Start Time on the listing form? Those are a known bug that was reported last month. If you count down the rows of the pulldown menus for Hour and Minute, you can still select the desired time, even though it's a pain.

So the problem was known a month ago, and eBay still can't fix the problem? Were all the technical staff on vaca for a month?
